What EMpower by E.M. Offers
I offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client, at a variety of price points. Drawing from my background in dance, personal training, somatic movement, nutrition, and ongoing education as a Psychosomatic Practitioner, I help clients develop greater body awareness, emotional resilience, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Sessions may include strength training, nervous system regulation tools, somatic movement, mindfulness practices, nutrition guidance and awareness, breathwork, and guided reflection.
